Acceptance
By downloading or using Saporify ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The Service
Saporify is a personal tool for saving and organizing recipes on your own device. The app is provided free of charge and "as is," without warranties of any kind.
Your Content
Recipes, photos, and notes you save in Saporify are stored locally on your device and remain yours. You are responsible for backing up your data using the app's export feature. We cannot recover data that is lost if you uninstall the app or lose your device.
Third-Party Content
Saporify helps you save recipe content from websites and social platforms for your own personal use. You are responsible for respecting the copyright and terms of the sources you import from. Saporify does not claim ownership of any third-party content.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Saporify only for lawful, personal purposes and not to misuse the app or attempt to disrupt its operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saporify and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
